Actually, A. Hammar is responsible of electrification andhybridization at CLAAS Tractor. Four years ago, he worked as expert in power electronics for Thales Alinea Space in Belgium. Before what, he was responsible of electrical engineering at PVI France specialized in clean trucks and busses for more than four years. He began his experience at the SNCF France as PhD researcher on autonomous tramways. A. Hammar has earned skills in Energy storage system, Power Electronics, Automatic and electric control, Electrical and hybrid drive, Simulation and modeling, Project and team management. Since 2014, he is following executive MBA at the CNAM Paris/France. He had his PhD in Electrical Engineering and his Master in Electrical Engineering at UCB Lyon 1/France. In Algeria he has studied Magister in Electrical Control at (USTO Oran/Algeria).He had his engineer diploma in electromechanica engineering on 1996.

Strategy and priority investment for electrification projects at CLAAS Company
Abstract
Agriculture machines industry adapts its capabilities to follow the growth of world population and their demand on foods. Arable surfaces and soils are limited, natural resources are limited too. As consequence, productivity have to be enhanced at an important rate. The use of more efficient agriculture equipment and improved services is one key of ensuring that agriculture productivity continue to rise to make it possible to harvest “more from less” arable land. Since several decades, different technologies were introduced in the industry of farm machines for more efficiency, reliability, comfort...Mechanical, hydraulic and sophisticated electronics are the main technologies embraced progressively in agriculture machines. Nowadays, as in automotive, electrical technology and hybridization are seen as one element to fulfil the above requirements. Nevertheless several questions remain; the agriculture machines filed is very divestible which complicate to management to give a clear positioning on the use of this technology. In the actual work we propose to give tendencies concerning the positioning of CLAAS company face to this technology. By using strategy dynamic modeling, we give the impact on innovation related to electrification and hybridization on the performance of the company. Several scenarios are treated. In parallel, by using fuzzy BCG matrix, CLAAS products portfolio investment repartition is outlined.
